Check if your Vehicle is a Settlement Class Vehicle
Please use this Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Lookup tool to verify if your vehicle is included as a Settlement Class Vehicle in the proposed Hyundai Theta II Engine Settlement.
Important Note: Identifying your VIN as a Settlement Class Vehicle via this VIN Lookup tool does not constitute a claim and is not an instruction on your right to file a Registration/Claim Form. This tool is solely for the purposes of determining whether or not your vehicle is included as a Settlement Class Vehicle in the proposed Hyundai Theta II Engine Settlement.
For self-identification, you may send a letter with your name, physical address, email address or phone number, and a copy of your vehicle’s registration form clearly showing the make, model, year, and VIN to Hyundai Engine Notice Administrator, c/o Epiq Class Action Services Canada, P.O. Box 507 STN B, Ottawa ON K1P 5P6. Your correspondence will be reviewed, and the Notice Administrator will provide a response on whether you are a Class Member.
In order to receive Settlement benefits, you must timely file a completed Registration/Claim Form.
